AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7, CHAPTER 4 OF THE ORLAND PARK MUNICIPAL CODE IN REGARD TO LIQUOR LICENSE FEES

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1
Section 7-4-6 (1) of the Orland Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to increase the annual fee for a Class A liquor license from $1,200 to $1,260 for the 2017 liquor license fee, and then to $1,320 for the 2018 liquor license fee.
SECTION 2
Section 7-4-6 (2) of the Orland Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to increase the annual fee for a Class B liquor license from $750 to $790 for the 2017 liquor license fee, and then to $830 for the 2018 liquor license fee.
SECTION 3
Section 7-4-6 (3) of the Orland Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to increase the annual fee for a Class C liquor license from $750 to $790 for the 2017 liquor license fee, and then to $830 for the 2018 liquor license fee.
SECTION 4
Section 7-4-6 (4) of the Orland Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to increase the annual fee for a Class D liquor license from $475 to $500 for the 2017 liquor license fee, and then to $530 for the 2018 liquor license fee.
SECTION 5
Section 7-4-6 (5) of the Orland Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to increase the annual fee for a Class E liquor license from $750 to $790 for the 2017 liquor license fee, and then to $830 for the 2018 liquor license fee.
SECTION 6
Section 7-4-6 (8) of the Orland Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to increase the annual fee for a Class H liquor license from $1,500 to $1,580 for the 2017 liquor license fee, and then to $1,660 for the 2018 liquor license fee.
SECTION 7
Section 7-4-6 (9) of the Orland Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to increase the annual fee for a Class I liquor license from 1,200 to $1,260 for the 2017 liquor license fee, and then to $1,320 for the 2018 liquor license fee.
SECTION 8
Section 7-4-6 (10) of the Orland Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to increase the annual fee for a Class J liquor license from $1,500 to $1,580 for the 2017 liquor license fee, and then to $1,660 for the 2018 liquor license fee.
SECTION 9
Section 7-4-6 (12) of the Orland Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to increase the annual fee for a Class L liquor license from $750 to $790 for the 2017 liquor license fee, and then to $830 for the 2018 liquor license fee.
SECTION 10
Section 7-4-6 (13) of the Orland Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to increase the annual fee for a Class M liquor license from $250 to $260 for the 2017 liquor license fee, and then to $270 for the 2018 liquor license fee.
SECTION 11
Section 7-4-6 (14) of the Orland Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to increase the annual fee for a Class N liquor license from $250 to $260 for the 2017 liquor license fee, and then to $270 for the 2018 liquor license fee.
SECTION 12
The increases in annual liquor license fees provided by this Ordinance shall commence as provided for herein, and the annual liquor license fee for 2018 shall continue for each year thereafter or until modified by action of the corporate authorities of the Village of Orland Park.
SECTION 13
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they conflict herewith.
SECTION 14
This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
