Title

Olde Mill Addition Subdivision - Landscape Plan Approval

History

The Olde Mill Subdivision and Olde Mill Addition were previously approved single family residential subdivisions located near 108th Avenue and Deer Point Road.  Olde Mill Subdivision was approved for 42 single family lots on July 7, 1999.  On June 3, 2002 the Board approved a site plan for Olde Mill Addition, just north of Olde Mill Subdivision, for 17 lots with the potential for 22 lots depending on final stormwater detention designs.  Overall, the developer has been approved for up to 64 lots.

The Village Board approved the revised site plan, showing 64 total lots, for Olde Mill in August of 2006, subject to the condition that the petitioner submit a revised landscape and mitigation plan that coordinates with the proposed site plan changes for separate review and approval.

Village staff reviewed the submitted plan for Olde Mill and finds the attached version acceptable per applicable landscape ordinance requirements.  A detailed review memo is attached for reference purposes.

This is now before the Village Board for consideration.
