Fueling of Orland Park Public Library Van - Intergovernmental Agreement

History

We have received a request from the Orland Park Public Library to allow them to fuel their new van at the Village’s Public Works Facility.  The estimated annual fuel usage by the Library will be seven hundred (700) gallons of unleaded fuel per year.  If approved, staff will develop an intergovernmental agreement which would spell out the procedures for use of the facility as well as setting up a billing process to ensure that the Village is reimbursed for all fuel used.

On June 9, 2008, this item was reviewed and approved by the Public Works and Engineering Committee and referred to the Board for approval.
