This request is for approval of a Record Plat of Subdivision for Charleton Highlands Resubdivision Two located at 163rd & 94th Avenue.
Staff has reviewed the Record Plat of Subdivision and finds it to be substantially in conformance with the approved Final Plan.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration and to authorize signature of the plat.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the Record Plat of Subdivision for Charleton Highlands Resubdivision Two prepared by KDC Consultants, Inc., Survey No. 03-08-043-RESUB, dated October 24, 2007, last revised December 12, 2007.
And
I move to authorize signature of the Record Plat of Subdivision for Charleton Highlands Resubdivision Two.
