RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF CLASS 6B INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE TAX INCENTIVE FOR CERTAIN REAL ESTATE LOCATED AT 10410 W. 163RD PLACE, IN THE VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

WHEREAS, Cook County Board has allowed renewals of the Class 6b industrial real estate tax incentive and
WHEREAS, an application for renewal may be filed any time during and up to the last day of the incentive period and
WHEREAS, in order to renew the Cook County Class 6b classification, a Resolution must be passed by the municipality in which the business is located and filed at the time the classification change is sought.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook County, Illinois as follows:
SECTION 1
The Village of Orland Park approves the renewal of the County Class 6b incentive, as amended and allowed by the Cook County Board, for qualifying businesses located in Orland Park.
SECTION 2
That said approval shall relate to the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot 17 in Apple Knoll Industrial Park Unit 3, a Subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 36 North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County Illinois
Further identified as 10410 W.163rd Place, Orland Park, Illinois 60462 (pin # 27-20-404-008-1002 and 27-20-404-008-1004).
SECTION 3
The Village Clerk forthwith transmit a certified copy of this Resolution to the Office of the Assessor of Cook County, Illinois and to the business owners at the common address herein listed, and to such other parties in interest as required by law.
