ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENT TO ECO-SITE II, LLC (15655 S. RAVINIA AVENUE)

WHEREAS, the Village of Orland Park, an Illinois municipal corporation, is the fee owner of the following described property to-wit: 15655 S. Ravinia Avenue, Orland Park, Illinois, and more fully described as follows:
See Legal Description (EXHIBIT “A” accompanying the Grant of Easement attached hereto as EXHIBIT “1”);
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for ECO-SITE II, LLC to place electric power conduit, cables and wires, communications lines, data lines or other utility lines and appurtenances, together with right of access and ingress and egress on, under, over and across the above-described premises. It is the desire of the Village of Orland Park to grant and convey a permanent easement to ECO-SITE II, LLC, in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT “1”.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, that the Village President and Village Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the permanent grant of easement in substantially the same form attached hereto as EXHIBIT “1”, and they are hereby further authorized and directed to execute and deliver such other instruments as may be necessary or convenient to consummate the granting of such permanent grant of easement.
