History
The 2016 bonds are paid from Water & Sewer fund revenues. As such, the property tax levy can be abated.
Financial Impact
The total abatement of property taxes will be funded by revenues of the Water & Sewer Fund.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to adopt an Ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE ABATING TAXES LEVIED FOR THE YEAR 2025 FOR THE PAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON THE GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 2016, OF THE VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK, COOK AND WILL COUNTIES, ILLINOIS.
