History

We have received a quote (attached), for the liquid bulk chlorine used at Centennial Pool.  The vendor is Basic Chemical Solutions.  We have used them for the past eight (8) years and the service has always been great.  They have also kept the price the same as it was in 2007.  ($1.79 per gallon)

Financial Impact

This money will come from the Pool Budget 283-4005-451-62-50 - $36,000.00.

Recommended Action/Motion

I move to recommend to the Board to approve waiving the bid process;

And

I move to recommend to the Board to approve accepting the quote from Basic Chemical Solutions for liquid bulk chlorine at a cost not to exceed $36,000.00.
