Annual Website Maintenance and Hosting - Expenditure Approval
History
The annual website maintenance and hosting agreement is due for renewal. Staff is requesting approval in the amount of $11,250 for this service beginning October 1, 2008 to December 31, 2009. The vendor has prorated the maintenance to coincide with the Village’s 15 month fiscal year.
The cost breakdown is as follows:
Hosting $150 per month
Software maintenance & updates $200 per month
Unlimited support $400 per month
Financial Impact
The MIS Division included $11,250 in the FY 2009 budget for this expenditure.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the annual website maintenance and hosting expenditure from CivicPlus in an amount not to exceed $11,250.
