At the January 15, 2018 Board of Trustee's meeting these minutes were continued for approval.
President Pekau questioned an item (2017-0898) in these minutes regarding a date in the motion for a report to be completed and asked for a review of the audio file.
A sentence was added to the motion as follows (see page 13) "With a status update at the Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting on February 5, 2018."
