Orland Park Prayer Center - Community Building & Parking Lot - Landscape Plan
History
The Village Board approved the plans for a new community building on the Orland Park Prayer Center site, located at 16530 S. 104th Avenue, on August 25, 2008. The petitioner has since submitted a landscape plan that includes landscaping for the community building and recently constructed parking lot addition.
The attached plan set has been reviewed and approved by the Village’s Landscape Architect consulting firm. The landscape set also includes a maintenance and monitoring plan for the detention pond that has been reviewed and approved. A copy of the approval memo is attached for review.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the Landscape Plan titled, ‘Proposed Landscape Plan - Orland Park Prayer Center Parking Lot Expansion,’ prepared by Arete 3, job # 06152, dated 01-30-07, most recent revision 08-26-08, sheets LP1 and LP2, with no conditions.
