The Village is responsible for advance funding of land acquisition expenses related to the improvements at 159^th Street and LaGrange Road.

The expenses to be paid at this time are as follows: 

$870.00                      Buford Law Office                     OFZ0006 and 15 (Rafacz and Oil Experts)

These expenses will be reimbursed at project completion.
