History
A detailed spreadsheet (by fund) of budget rollovers is attached showing a total increase to the fiscal year 2017 budget of $35,036,809. These budget rollovers are necessary as various projects budgeted in fiscal year 2016 were not completed as of December 31, 2016.
Financial Impact
The budget impact is a decrease in expenditures for fiscal year 2016 and an increase in budgeted expenditures for fiscal year 2017.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve an amendment to the fiscal year 2017 expenditure budget in an amount not to exceed $35,036,809.
