Recreation and Parks Brochure Spring/Summer Programs
History
Staff presented lists of recommended programs to be offered in the Recreation and Parks Department 2008 Spring/Summer brochure. Included in the list are contractual costs (over $5,000) that would need Board approval associated with the spring and summer sessions. These costs are covered by revenue generated through registration fees and actual costs are dependent on the number of participants registered.
Staff requests approval of the recommended programs and payment to the contractual instructors at time of invoicing.
The Recreation Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the 2008 Spring/Summer programs as presented by staff;
and
Approve payment to contractual instructors at time of invoicing.
