History
Rydin Decal has quoted a price of $7,392.99 plus shipping for the printing of the 2009-2011 vehicle stickers. This quoted price includes printing 57,560 vehicle stickers. Rydin Decal has printed the stickers in the past and the Finance Department has experienced excellent customer service and a high quality product.
On October 27, 2008, this item was reviewed and approved by the Finance Committee and referred to the Board for approval. Trustee Dodge recommended that we identify the sculpture on the sticker; this description will be incorporated prior to finalizing the design.
Financial Impact
There is an approved budget line item included in the FY2009 budget in the amount of $8,250 for this purchase.

I move to approve retaining Rydin Decal for the printing of the 2009-2011 vehicle stickers at a cost not to exceed $7,392.99.
