Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve offering all Village employees the opportunity to participate in a Heath Savings Account (HSA) to fund a high deductable health plan. 40 percent of the deductible ($2,500 for individuals, or $5,000 for families) will be funded in the HSA by the Village. The Plan's effective date will be January 1, 2009.
