This request is for approval of a record plat of subdivision for American Technical Publishers located at 10200 West Orland Parkway.
Staff has reviewed the Record Plat of Subdivision and finds it to be substantially in conformance with the approved Final Plan.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration and to authorize signature of the plat.

I move to approve the Record Plat of Subdivision for ATP Subdivision prepared by Area Survey Company P.C., Order Number 4675-MH, last revised January 4, 2008 consisting of 2 pages.
