We received three (3) bids for the Perennial & Annual Flowers and Plants on February 18, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The low bidder was Mid-America Tree and Landscape, Inc. This is a three (3) year contract for the years 2008, 2009 and 2010.

This money is budgeted in the Parks Budget (283-4003-451-6330) - $40,000.00.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve accepting the low three year bid from Mid-America Tree and Landscape, Inc. for the Perennial & Annual Flowers and Plants at a cost not to exceed $30,000;
And
I move to approve authorizing the Interim Village Manager to execute the contract.
