This quote is for two 35,000 BTU Air Conditioning Units used in the old Police Station. The room houses all of the communications for the Police and Village Complex System. We need to add more cooling due to the expansion of extra equipment in this room. Police (911 Funds) will split the cost with Building Maintenance.
Financial Impact
The money for these units will come from the 2008 Building Maintenance Fund (010-2100-424-4310) $3,505.00 and the 911 Account $3,505.00.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to recommend to the Board to approve accepting the quote from Trane in an amount not to exceed $7,010.00 for the Two 35,000 BTU Air Conditioning Units for the Old Police Station.
