REQUESTED ACTION
This is a request for approval of a Landscape Plan for Chase Bank in Southmoor Commons, located at southeast corner of LaGrange Road and 131st.
The Village Board approved the most recent site plan for Southmoor Commons on September 5, 2006, subject to the condition that the petitioner submit a landscape plan for Village review. In November of 2006, the Village Board approved a landscape plan for the parkway trees and bufferyards of the overall shopping center subject to the condition that each outlot submit a separate plan for review.
The Village’s Consultant has reviewed the submitted plan for Chase Bank and finds the attached version acceptable per applicable landscape ordinance requirements. The consultant’s review memo is attached for reference purposes.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the landscape plan titled ‘A Landscape Plan for Chase Bank,’ prepared by Walsh Landscape Construction, dated 09-13-06, most recent revision 07-09-07, sheet L-1 with no conditions.
