History

The MIS Division has included $9,600 in the FY 2008-09 budget for maintenance and support of 9 IBM servers. Maintenance includes 24x7 on-site maintenance and repair for our critical application servers with 4 hour response time.

The amount budgeted for this expenditure is $9,600.

Recommended Action/Motion

I move to approve the IBM server maintenance expenditure in an amount not to exceed $8,667.79.
