Granite City Brewery - Orland Park Crossing - Landscape Plan

History

This is a request for approval of a Landscape Plan for Granite City Brewery, located on Lot 10 of the Orland Park Crossing development at the northeast corner of 147^th and LaGrange Road.

The Village Board approved the site plan and building elevations for Granite City Brewery in April of 2007, subject to the condition that the petitioner submit a landscape plan for Village review and approval.

Village staff reviewed the submitted plan for Granite City and find the attached version acceptable per applicable landscape ordinance requirements.  A detailed review memo is attached for reference purposes.

This is now before the Village Board for consideration.

Recommended Action/Motion

I move to approve the landscape plan titled ‘Landscape Plan,’ prepared by the Lakota Group, dated 05/03/07, most recent revision 10/03/07, sheets L-01 through L-04, with no conditions.
