REQUESTED ACTION
This is a request for approval of a Landscape Plan Lowes Retail Outlot, lot 14, located at the northeast corner of LaGrange Road and 16th Place.
The Village Board approved the site plan for the Lowes Lot 14 development in September of 2006, subject to the condition that the petitioner submit a landscape plan for Village review. In addition, a landscape plan that included bufferyards, detention plantings and parkway we trees for the overall site was approved in May of 2004.
The Village has reviewed the submitted plan and finds the attached version acceptable per applicable landscape ordinance requirements. The Village’s review memo is attached for reference purposes.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration

I move to approve the landscape plan titled “Lowe’s Development Lot 14,” prepared by The Lakota Group, dated 07/12/07, most recent revision 07/12/07, sheets L-01 through L-03 without conditions.
