AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 9, TRAFFIC, CHAPTER 7, STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING REGULATIONS, SECTION 8-5, STREET DESIGNATIONS, OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK

Body

WHEREAS, the Village has determined that the amendments set out below are in the best interests of the Village and its residents and will enhance the public safety and welfare.  

NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, as follows:

SECTION 1

Title 9, Traffic, Chapter 7, Stopping, Standing and Parking Regulations, Section 8-5, Street Designations, Subsection 16 of the Village Code of the Village of Orland Park is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:

(16)  Brook Avenue - 143^rd Street to 143^rd Place, 9 P.M. to 9 A.M., both sides, except for the east side north of the alley to 143^rd Street; 143^rd Place to 144^th Street, 6 A.M. to 5:59 A.M., both sides.

SECTION 2

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
