HVAC Facility Management System - Contracted Service
History
We have received the Contracted Services for Maintenance for the HVAC Facility Management System, (attached). Automatic Building Controls has been our supplier for the past 15 years. This is the system that controls the HVAC at the Village Complex and Sportsplex. The contract is for $9,600.00 to do both facilities.
Financial Impact
This money will come from the Computer Fund. ($15,000.00 was budgeted, due to the fact that the new Police Station is still under warranty) 010-1101-424-4361.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to recommend to the Board to accept the Contracted Services for Maintenance for the HVAC Facility Management System from Automatic Building Controls for both the Village Complex and Sportsplex in an amount not to exceed $9,600.00;
And
I move to recommend to the Board to authorize the Interim Village Manager to execute the contract.
