Specific guidelines for field allocations have been included in the athletic field usage agreement. A copy of the proposed tournament guidelines to be included in the athletic field usage agreement was presented and approved by the Recreation Committee and Village Board.

Staff has been faced with concerns for the athletic organizations and is requesting the Recreation Committee re-review the updated policy.
