History/Background
This request is for approval of a record plat of subdivision for Glen Oaks Lots 7 & 8 (consolidation) located at 165th Street & 106th Court.
On June 18, 2007 the Village Board voted to approve the final plan.
Staff has reviewed the Record Plat of Subdivision and finds it to be substantially in conformance with the approved Final Plan.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration and to authorize signature of the plat.
