This item is being submitted to cover the cost of temporary electricity for the Taste of Orland Park held on August 3, 4, & 5, 2007. This item was inadvertently left off of the agenda for Board approval prior to the event, but was previously budgeted for this year by the Village Board in the amount of $7000. The quote received from Forces, Inc. is attached and the total charge for the three day event including set-up and pick-up is $6,925.00.
Financial Impact
$6,925.00 will be charged to 010-9400-499-41-30.

I move to approve an agreement with Forces Inc. to provide temporary electricity in the amount of $6,925.00.
