WHEREAS, the Village of Orland Park is the fee owner of the real estate legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the State of Illinois desires to acquire from the Village of Orland Park a fee simple acquisition in and to the real estate described in Exhibit A hereto for use of the Illinois Department of Transportation for highway purposes and has made an offer to the Village of Orland Park in the amount of $1,500.00 as compensation therefore and it is the desire of the Village of Orland Park to grant said fee simple interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it and it is hereby resolved that the and Clerk of are hereby authorized and directed to grant such conveyance on behalf of the Village of Orland Park and they are hereby further authorized to execute and deliver such instruments and documents as may be necessary and convenient in their sole discretion to effectuate such grant.
All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed.
