History
The Village employs both William Filan and Smith Dawson and Andrews to provide intergovernmental affairs assistance at the state and federal levels respectively. The agreement with William Filan is for $3,000 per month. The agreement with Smith Dawson and Andrews is for $5,000 per month which may vary based on level of service. These amounts are based on a 15 month budget. Staff seeks authorization to continue services. There is no contract, so services are provided and billed for on a monthly basis.

I move to approve authorizing the Village Manager to execute an agreement with Smith Dawson and Andrews of Washington D.C. in the amount of $75,000 and William Filan of Chicago, IL in the amount of $45,000 to provide intergovernmental affairs services.
