This money will come from account of (054-0000-949.4350). Funds are available in this account as less funds are being expended for the 2009 holiday lighting project.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve waving the bid process;
And
To approve accepting the quote from J. G. S. Landscape, for $19,389.50 for the enhancing of natural plantings as per the plan at the Police Station.
