Persimmon Meadows - Annexation Agreement Extension - Public Hearing

History

This item is a public hearing to consider extending the annexation agreement for the Persimmon Meadows subdivision located at the Northwest corner of 142nd Street and 108th Avenue which is due to expire on August 6, 2009.   On June 15, 2009 a public hearing was held and adjourned.  Since that time, the extended term has been changed from one year to five years.   As a result, a new public hearing is required.

Staff recommends extending the annexation agreement for five (5) years as the subdivision is not completed.

I move to adjourn the public hearing on extending the annexation agreement for the property located at the northwest corner of 142nd Street and 108th Avenue (Persimmon Meadows).
