History

On July 29, 2015, the Village of Orland Park became the 69^th community in Illinois to receive StormReady certification.  Attached you will find information outlining the program and the benefits to our community.

Mike Bardou of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOA) and John Pluta of the Illinois Emergency Services Management Association, will present a StormReady road sign in recognition of the village’s storm ready preparedness.
