History

On July 1, 2019, the Village Board of Trustees approved the rezoning of the property located at 10841 W. 143^rd Street in unincorporated Cook County subject to annexation. The petitioner requests annexation of the 4.0-acre property into the Village of Orland Park in order to construct a single-family home and to connect to Village water and sewer. The property will be rezoned to R-2 Residential District subject to annexation into the Village.

On September 16, 2019, the Village Board adjourned a public hearing on the Annexation Agreement for the property located at 10841 W. 143^rd Street in unincorporated Cook County.

On October 7, 2019, the Village Board authorized that the Annexation Agreement for the property located at 10841 W. 143^rd Street be entered into and executed by the Village, which has now been completed.

This is now before the Village Board for consideration of an ordinance for the annexation of the property.
