American Technical Publishers - Plat of Dedication
History
The American Technical Publishers property located at 10200 Orland Parkway is required per the development agreement to dedicate 60 feet of public right of way along the parcel's west property line, for the purpose of establishing the first piece of the public roadway network to surround Orland Parkway. The dedication is given by the adjoining property owner, from whom American Technical Publishers purchased its parcel.
Development Services has reviewed the dedication and finds it acceptable.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration and to authorize signature of the Plat of Dedication.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the Plat of Dedication of 102nd Avenue north of Orland Parkway.
and
I move to authorize the President and Village Clerk to execute said plat titled Plat of Dedication, prepared by Area Survey Company, P.C., Order Number: 4675-MH, dated August 6, 2007, to allow for recording with the Cook County Recorder's Office.
