This request is for approval of a Record Plat of Subdivision for Crystal Springs Unit II located at 151st Street and 109th Avenue.
Staff has reviewed the Record Plat of Subdivision and finds it to be substantially in conformance with the Final Plan.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration and to authorize signature of the plat.
