This is a request for approval of a Landscape Plan for John Humphrey Drive Office Condos located at 14459 John Humphrey Drive.
The Village Board approved the site plan for the John Humphrey Drive Office Condos in March of 2007, subject to the condition that the petitioner submit a landscape plan for Village review.
The Village’s Consultant has reviewed the submitted plan for John Humphrey Drive Office Condos and finds the attached version acceptable per applicable ordinance requirements. The consultant’s review memo is attached for reference purposes. As noted in the memo, the mitigation report submitted by the petitioner requires the donation of 150 balled and burlapped canopy trees to the Village. This donation should be coordinate with Village staff and completed before June 1, 2008.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the landscape plan titled ‘Final Landscape Plan John Humphrey Drive Office Condos,’ prepared by Kinsella Landscape Inc., dated 01-03-07, most recent revision, 08-15-07, sheet L-1, subject to the following conditions:
1) That the petitioner work with staff to coordinate the donation of 150 canopy trees to the Village for planting on public property and in parkways before June 1, 2008.
