Addendum to the Employment Agreement of the Village Manager
History
The Village Manager’s Employment Agreement with the Village expires on July 7, 2016. The attached addendum was prepared by village counsel and reviewed and mutually agreed by the parties, to extend the Employment Agreement by one (1) year. The Employment Agreement will now expire July 7, 2017.
Financial Impact
Funds for the salary and benefits of the Village Manager are included in the FY16 budget.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the Addendum to Employment Agreement between the Village and Paul G. Grimes for performance of the duties as Village Manager delineated in Sec. 1-7-1 of the Village Code for a one-year period, ending July 7, 2017.
