History

Frontline Services has provided excellent sound, stage and light services for the Taste of Orland Park for the last three years. Staff has been completely satisfied with the service they have provided and recommends renewing the contract.

 

Frontline Services has provided a new three year proposal to continue to provide service for the Taste of Orland Park at a cost of $9,540.00 for the years 2008, 2009 and 2010. This is an increase of $540 over the previous three year contract.

 

ON OCTOBER 8, 2007 THE COMMUNITY EVENTS AND OUTREACH COMMITTEE VOTED UNANIMOUSLY TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THIS ITEM.

 

Financial Impact

These expenses are included in the Taste of Orland Park budget.

 

Recommended Action/Motion

I move to approve and accept the proposal from Frontline Services of Frankfort, Illinois for a three year contract for the years 2008, 2009 and 2010 at a cost not to exceed $9,540.00 for the Taste of Orland Park.
