History
This request is for approval of an amended record plat of subdivision. The original record plat was approved on June 5, 2006. The proposed amendment is to expand the individually owned areas so that they accomodate patios and porches. These features should not be in the common areas.
This is now before the Village Board for approval and to authorize signature of the record plat of subdivision.

I move to approve the Amended Record Plat of Subdivision for Lots 3 thru 8 in Fountain Village Subdivision, prepared by Hoefferle-Butler Engineering, Inc., Project No. 06-132, dated 04/13/07, last revised 04-24-07, consisting of 1 page.
