History
This request is for approval of a record plat of easement for John Humphrey Drive Office Condos located at 14480-94 John Humphrey Drive.
On March 5, 2007 the Village Board approved the final plan.
Staff has reviewed the Record Plat of Easement and finds it to be substantially in conformance with the approved final plan.
This is now before the Village Board to authorize signature of the plat.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the original Record Plat of Easement for John Humphrey Drive Office Condos, prepared by Studnicka & Associates, Ltd.
And
I move to approve the signature of the plat by the authorized parties and subsequent recording by the Village Attorney.
