REQUESTED ACTION 

This is a request for approval of a landscape plan for Metro Self Storage, an expansion of the existing self storage facility located in the Orland Park Business Center at 11525 W 184^th Place. 

Per Code requirements, the petitioner submitted a landscape plan that has been reviewed and approved by the Village’s Landscape Architect consulting firm.  A copy of the approval memo is attached for review.

This is now before the Village Board for consideration.

Recommended Action/Motion

I move to approve the Landscape Plan titled, ‘Landscape Plan - Metro Self Storage,’ prepared by Bergfors Gregory, job number 2005-17, dated 08-04-05, most recent revision 11-27-07, sheet L-1 with no conditions.
