Title

ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 5817 -AMENDMENT TO A SPECIAL USE-RIZZA ACURA (8760 W. 159^th STREET)

Body

WHEREAS, On June 19, 2023, the Village Board approved a Special Use Permit Amendment with Modifications to the property at 8760 W. 159^th Street; and

WHEREAS, subsequent to the granting of said Amendment to a Special Use Permit, with Modifications, the owner of the property revised plans for the property and submitted a new application for an Amendment to the original approval for a Planned Development, contained in Ordinance 5307; and

WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park have determined that it is in the best interests of the Village, to repeal the existing Amendment to a Special Use, with Modifications, in conjunction with passing a new Amendment to a Special Use.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, that Ordinance No. 5817 be and hereby is repealed.
