Booting and Towing of Vehicles with Three or More Unpaid Tickets - Information Only

History

Title 9, chapter 15, Section 11 of the Village Code calls for the booting/towing/impoundment of vehicles with three or more unpaid parking tickets.

The attached letter is being sent to those persons who have three or more unpaid parking tickets as required by the village code. 

Financial Impact

The program should encourage the payment of unpaid fines and increase our parking ticket revenue.  However, an exact amount cannot be predicted at this time.
