This request is for approval of a record plat of abrogation for 14525 Beacon Avenue Conservation Easement located at 14525 Beacon Avenue.
On July 28, 2008, this item went before the Development Services and Planning Committee and was approved 3-0, subject to the following condition:
1. That the petitioner work with staff to provide a tree mitigation plan for any part of the conservation easement that will be disturbed.
On August 4, 2008 the Village Board approved the final plan.
Staff has reviewed the Record Plat of Abrogation and finds it to be substantially in conformance with the approved final plan.
This is now before the Village Board to authorize signature of the plat.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the mylar original Record Plat of Abrogation for 14525 Beacon Avenue Conservation Easement, prepared by Area Survey Company, P.C., Project No. 5948, dated October 23, 2009.
And
I move to approve the signature of the plat by the authorized parties and subsequent recording by the Village Attorney.
