I move to approve the Committe of the Whole Recommended Action regarding Case Number 2025-0921, also known as Bridlewood Residential Planned Development;

I move to adopt an ordinance entitled: ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE WITH MODIFICATIONS FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AND DISTURBANCE OF A NON-TIDAL WETLAND (BRIDLEWOOD-14137 108TH AVENUE).
