Mill Creek Greenway Parcels - Appraisals
History
An appraisal of a number of parcels was requested by the Open Lands Commission, to be paid for by the Open Lands fund. A request for prices was sent out to several qualified appraisers. Two quotes were received. One was from Louis F. Crawford and Associates, Inc. in Crete for $5,700 and one was from Charles A. Southcomb and Associates in Joliet for $8,500.
On November 24, 2008 the Development Services and Planning Committee moved 2-0 to recommend that Louis F. Crawford and Associates be approved by the Village Board for a price not to exceed $5,700.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration.

I move to approve that Louis F. Crawford and Associates be approved for a price not to exceed $5,700.
