Kamp Builders owns Lot 66 in Sterling Ridge.   They would like to abrogate an unused part of the easement in the rear of this lot.  They have contacted ComEd, Nicor and AT&T.

Staff has reviewed the Plat of Abrogation and recommends approval.

This is now before the Village Board for consideration and to authorize execution of the Plat of Abrogation.

I move to approve the Plat of Abrogation for 10831 Sheridan's Trail prepared by Tech 3 Consulting Group, Inc.
