History

This is a request for approval of a Landscape Plan for Glen Oaks Lots 7 & 8, located at 16511 & 16521 S. 106^th Court.

The Village Board approved the site plan for Glen Oaks Lots 7 & 8 in July of 2007 subject to the condition that the petitioner return with a landscape plan for separate review and approval. 

The Village’s landscape consultant has reviewed the project and finds the attached version of the Glen Oaks Lots 7 & 8 landscape plan acceptable per applicable landscape ordinance requirements.  A detailed review memo is attached for reference purposes.

This is now before the Village Board for consideration.

Recommended Action/Motion

I move to approve the landscape plan titled ‘Glen Oaks Industrial Park Lots 7 & 8,’ prepared by Beary landscaping, overall landscape plan dated 10.30.07 and foundation landscape plan dated 8.02.07, with no conditions.
