History
Bids were received on September 30, 2008, (attached) for the Centennial Pool Locker Room Flooring (Resinous Flooring), and they are as follows:
Artlow Systems, Inc. - $10,090.08 for the locker rooms and $2,116.30 for the changing rooms.
Northwest Floor Care, Inc. - $25,600.00 for total job.
This was brought to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board and their recommendation was to go with the low bidder, Artlow Systems Inc., at a cost not to exceed $12,206.38.
Financial Impact
This money will come from the 2009 Pool Budget 283-4003-451-4310. $11,700 was budgeted. $16,700 is in the account. The remaining amount will also come from the same line item.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve accepting the bid from Artlow Systems, Inc. at a cost not to exceed $12,206.38;
And
I move approve authorizing the Village Manager to execute the contract.
